Dr. Aziz
I am a Board-Certified Family Physician. Throughout my 15-year healthcare career, I have earned exemplary ratings from patients, colleagues and supervisors for my clinical skills, quality of care, medical judgment, teamwork and of course for my compassion and dedication to my patients. Deeply committed to providing efficient and high-quality care, I have diagnosed and treated diverse populations presenting a range of illnesses and injuries.
I have completed my residency training at UIC Family Medicine program where I was trained to provide the highest level of care to patients in a nurturing and team-oriented atmosphere. Prior to starting my own practice, I worked at Loyola University Medical Center as an Assistant Professor who was committed to collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent clinical care As a Family Physician.
I have enjoyed the role of being a primary care physician who has unique skills and a special interest in women’s health. I have enjoyed not only providing healthcare for women but also educating them about the importance of wellness exam and routine screening. In my experience as a Family Physician, I also have a solid educational foundation for pediatrics. I excel at counseling families and guardians regarding development and improvement plans, increasing vaccination use through effective education, and evaluating patients to assess their growth, health, and development.
